The Solution

Built an autonomous SEO content agent using Claude Code that runs every Tuesday morning without any manual input. The agent connects to the Google Search Console API to pull 90-day ranking data, uses Apify to scrape competitor agencies and test brand visibility across Perplexity AI, and compiles everything into a clean PDF report saved locally. The report covers gap zone keywords, CTR quick wins, position movers, content recommendations justified with published SEO and GEO research, and competitor intelligence - all in one place.

The Result

I increased the company’s mentions in LLMs like ChatGPT by 450% in 3 months.
The agency now receives a structured weekly SEO and AI visibility report with zero manual effort. Rankings data, competitor content activity, and LLM citation status are surfaced automatically each week, with prioritised actions attached to each finding. The system also tracks week-on-week position changes using JSON snapshots, meaning the team can see what's moving before it becomes a problem - rather than after.
